There was no high pressure salesmanship, and he said I could stick with the current water heater as long as I wanted to, but eventually I'd want it replaced. I chose to have the water heater replaced and Arnold and another employee, Lance, arrived about a week later to make the replacement. Both were friendly and professional. Even when they ran into unforeseen issues (brittle and clogged pipes) they stayed with it and finished the job before noon.
